Regulations

  • Animals are not allowed (no exceptions).
  • Smoking is not permitted in the residence.
  • No excessive noise will be tolerated at any time
  • Use of the spa is prohibited between 10pm and 9am
  • The tenant must notify the landlord of any breakage or damage caused during his stay.
  • Return the house to the same condition it was when you arrived.
  • The BBQ should be cleaned if it is used.
  • Before leaving, lock all doors and make sure windows are closed.
  • The dishes must be clean in the dishwasher.
  • Never leave the fireplace unattended and follow the ignition instructions.
  • The residence grounds must be kept clean at all times.
  • Collect and dispose of garbage in the waste bin of your unit.
  • Use your unit's designated parking space (4 parking spaces available per unit).

The chalets are all equipped with bedding, fireplace, SPA and have a breathtaking view of Mont Sainte-Anne.

The development plans for the Mont Sainte-Anne site were carried out by the renowned firm Daniel Harbor et Associés, which includes,
among other things, the Tremblant Resort and the redevelopment of rue des Forges in Trois-Rivières.
