Regulations
- Animals are not allowed (no exceptions).
- Smoking is not permitted in the residence.
- No excessive noise will be tolerated at any time
- Use of the spa is prohibited between 10pm and 9am
- The tenant must notify the landlord of any breakage or damage caused during his stay.
- Return the house to the same condition it was when you arrived.
- The BBQ should be cleaned if it is used.
- Before leaving, lock all doors and make sure windows are closed.
- The dishes must be clean in the dishwasher.
- Never leave the fireplace unattended and follow the ignition instructions.
- The residence grounds must be kept clean at all times.
- Collect and dispose of garbage in the waste bin of your unit.
- Use your unit's designated parking space (4 parking spaces available per unit).
